Now to other stuff. Uh…I have stuff to say, but I can’t think of what order to put it in or anything. So let’s start with most recent. I guess someone finally moved in to the apartment next to mine. I know because he came to my door yesterday asking for money. I said I had none, like I’m going to give my money to some random dude. I wasn’t paying much attention, but the guy kind of looks like a creeper. But good news (I guess?) is that he’s kind of small, shorter than me I’m pretty sure, so if a situation ever came when I’d need to I could easily kick his ass. But I’m sure that’ll never happen…a pity really. More about yesterday! I don’t know why, but it was a really good day. I thought maybe the Universe was saying sorry in the way it could for making me have an otherwise crappy and tiring week. I got to o-chem yesterday and my professor seemed to be in a good mood, he even cracked a few jokes. And strangely enough I understood what we were doing yesterday. Then in Japanese we didn’t do any work, but rather watched an episode of Kuitan, a Japanese drama about a detective who loves to eat. It was funny, even without being able to completely understand it. If I had been able to completely understand it I bet it would have been hilarious. Then after that the bus was just waiting there. I don’t think it was the one I was planning to take, because that one comes after three, so I don’t really know what it was doing there. But I caught it, and got home about twenty minutes earlier. My oven still hasn’t been fixed even though I reported it last Saturday. Despite everyone in my family saying that it was nice I got a gas stove/oven because it heats up faster and when you turn it off it’s off so you don’t accidentally burn yourself, I think I would have preferred electric. I know ages ago my family had a gas one, but we got my mom’s grandparents nice electric one when they died, and I was only like maybe twelve when that happened, so I’m pretty confident in saying I never actually cooked on it. I’ve actually had to call my family a few times to ask them how the hell to work it. I have the stove top covered now, but the…I don’t remember what it’s called, but it needs to be lit in order for the oven to work, but everyone is pretty sure that’s why the oven isn’t working, and they just need to light it. But I guess asking for that to get done in a timely matter is just asking too much of this crappy place, except really it isn’t. I still have plenty of food in my freezer, but the issue is that a lot of it needs to be cooked in the oven, like pizzas and chicken. Damn it, I want my chicken! I wanted it a week and a half ago, but then found out my oven wasn’t working. I need that delicious buffalo chicken, and then once it’s done cooking I will dowse it in even more hot sauce. Over the summer I found out that I have an obsession with spicy food. I was using hot sauce straight from the bottle as dipping sauce, I would even sometimes put it on my fingers and eat it straight without any sign of pain. It’s so delicious and doesn’t bother me. I even tried wasabi, and the thing that bothered me about it was the taste, not the spiciness of it, although I did kind of feel it. More on crappy apartment, about two weeks ago the exterminator finally came. And I didn’t see any more bugs, which I was happy about, so I finally started unpacking some, like hanging up my shirts instead of living out of my suitcase and taking my dish set out of the box and putting it in the cupboards. But then yesterday, it seemed as if the Universe likes screwing with me, because as I open the storage closet to get a smaller pan out for alfredo sauce a roach comes crawling out from the top of the door, and the damn thing trying to run into my room. No such luck you damn bug. I grabbed the Raid and I chased that thing down, and didn’t stop spraying until it stopped moving. I’m hoping, and the apartment complex better hope that’s the only one I ever encounter again, or I will give them hell. In a few weeks my kitties will finally be coming down, so after that it won’t be possible to have an exterminator come because I’m not going to let them spray and put my cats in danger. What else to say…I don’t know. Nothing I guess, because my life is rather boring. I go to school, do homework, study, anime, although not necessarily in that order. Hopefully soon that’ll include a job so I can get some money, since I’m having my aunt help me with a resume. Gah, I miss my kitties! Thinking about them, three weeks is too long to wait!! I want my ‘Co and Izumi. Tags: cats, School, seiyuu, shitty aparment |

Your oven doesn’t work either? WTF they are slum lords. I didn’t think there were any gas stoves in AZ. I hate them. That’s all that’s here. I know chefs and that prefer it because they say it heats up quicker and cooks quicker, but I think they’re more dangerous and cook unevenly. You have to watch them very closely because they get very hot faster and the food will burn. When my aunt makes pancakes they’re charcoal black. The pilot light? Please tell me it only needs to be lit one time and then it’ll work like a normal, modern stove… because my grandmother used to have to light the stove for it to work whenever she wanted to use it, and that was YEARS ago. It shouldn’t be THAT old. Yes, don’t let an exterminator anywhere near your cats. They’re exterminators, they have no respect for any kind of animal life. One person had their kittens in the bathroom while the ext. was there, and they told him not to spray in there because of it and he did anyway, he sprayed the freaking kittens. Of course the animals shouldn’t have even been in the house when it was being done, but that’s besides the point. I would have locked him in a closet and thrown a few dozen bug bombs in with him. |

Yes, her voice is adorable! I hated her character in Darker Than Black 2 and Durarara, but I finally took notice of it in Angel Beats. I had no idea she was so young. |
